Molten sugar will scar you if contact is made. -If you have an oven place the tray and silk pad inside at the lowest setting, and remove 1 minute before the peanut brittle is completely finished. -Spread the peanut brittle as thin as possible. The thinner the better, as it makes for easier chewing, an appearance of greater volume, and more small pieces to eat.
